I had great difficulty setting up payment and I think it is only a one off payment whereas I meant to set up a direct debit. The part where you give card details is very confusing.

Signed up and paid a fiver a month, gone into the sight to try to pick up the first episode. But nothing happens when I click on the “arrow”…….☹️
Iain, not sure what’s happening there. The player should be in the bottom right corner, and seems to be working from our end. It requires a certain amount of internet signal strength but not an inordinate amount.
