We are aware that some of your Ko-fi subscriptions are getting inadvertently cancelled, because some banks seem to be blocking your second monthly payment, leading to a cancelled subscription. It seems to be an issue with Ko-fi, which collects money via the payment service Stripe.
If this has affected you, and you find yourself no longer subscribed, we can assure you that the cancellation is conclusive and won’t suddenly start again. Therefore the only way to continue supporting the show and to regain access to our bonus material, is to resubscribe. However it would be foolhardy to do it via the same method as before.
Therefore, if Ko-fi gives you the option to select PayPal over Stripe, take it. We don’t seem to have the same problems with PayPal. Or bypass Ko-fi altogether and join us on Patreon. Given the difficulties we’re having with Ko-fi, we imagine more of our followers may soon be joining us on Patreon.
